ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The owner of the online store rhsuperior.ee (hereinafter referred to as RHSUPERIOR) is RHSUPERIOR OÜ (registration code 16833392), located at Raadiraja tn 18-3, 60532, Tartu.
These terms and conditions apply when purchasing goods from the online store.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. An additional fee for the delivery of goods will be added to the price. All prices in the online store are in euros.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when completing the order.
Information about the goods is provided directly next to the product in the online store.
To order a product, add the desired items to the shopping cart. To complete the order, fill in the required fields and select a suitable delivery method. The total cost will then be displayed on the screen, which can be securely paid using the following payment methods:

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payments are made outside the online store in a secure environment – in the secure environment of the respective bank for bank link payments and in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS for credit card payments. The seller does not have access to the buyer's bank and credit card details. The agreement is effective from the moment the payable amount is credited to the online store's bank account.
The owner of the online store is the controller of personal data and forwards the necessary personal data to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS for processing payments.
If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to the product being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified at the earliest opportunity, and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notification.

The buyer bears the shipping costs, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Domestic shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 1-3 working days after the sales agreement comes into effect. Deliveries outside Estonia take 2-5 working days.
In exceptional cases, the seller has the right to deliver the goods within 45 calendar days.
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement concluded in the e-store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To use the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used in any way other than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods in the same way as is allowed in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods or if there are signs of use or wear, the online store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the reduction in the value of the goods.
To return the goods, the buyer must submit a withdrawal application, the form of which can be found HERE
The application must be sent to the email address info@rhsuperior.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal application or provide proof that they have handed the goods over to the carrier within this period.
Upon receiving the returned goods, the online store will refund the buyer immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal application, all payments received from the buyer under the contract.
The online store may withhold the refund until the item subject to the contract has been returned or until the buyer provides proof that they have returned the item, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method different from the cheapest standard delivery offered by the online store, the online store is not required to reimburse the cost exceeding the cost of the standard delivery method.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods if the price of the goods in the online store was marked significantly below the market price due to an error.
The online store is responsible for any non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and which becomes apparent within two years of the delivery of the goods to the buyer. Within the first year of delivery, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. The online store is responsible for disproving this presumption.
In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months by sending an email to info@rhsuperior.com or by calling +372 5560 3750.
The online store is not responsible for defects that arise after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.
If goods purchased from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store will refund the buyer all fees incurred under the sales agreement.
The online store responds to the consumer's complaints in writing or in a format that allows for written reproduction within 15 days.
The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only for processing the order and delivering the goods. The online store forwards personal data to the transport service provider to ensure the delivery of the goods.
The online store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed a wish to receive such direct marketing messages by entering their email address on the website and indicating their consent.
The buyer can unsubscribe from offers and newsletters sent to their email at any time by notifying the online store via email or following the instructions provided in the email containing the offers.

If the buyer and the online store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The terms of the procedure and application can be found here. The Consumer Disputes Committee has the authority to resolve disputes arising from agreements between the buyer and the online store. The examination of the buyer's complaint by the committee is free of charge.
The buyer may also turn to the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform.
